Who is Ocean Motion Shop?
We’re your go-to shop for surf and skate gear, serving wave riders and pavement shredders worldwide from our Atlanta warehouse since day one. We specialize in fast, reliable delivery of quality boards, wetsuits, and accessories to fuel your stoke wherever you ride.
What kind of products do you sell?
Our lineup includes everything you need to hit the waves or streets: boards (longboards, funboards, bodyboards), wetsuits (men’s and junior), fins, leashes, grip pads, ding repair kits, beach accessories, and more rad gear.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most locations! (Excluding some remote areas in Asia and other hard-to-reach spots). If you’re unsure about your location, just
email us before ordering.
What shipping options do you offer?
We’ve got two killer options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with tracking. Usually arrives 10-15 days after dispatch (but often faster!)
Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
Our surf-obsessed packers typically process orders in 1-2 business days. We carefully inspect and pack every item with eco-friendly materials before it ships.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse. Use our mobile-friendly tracking portal for real-time updates on your package’s journey to you.
Do you charge customs fees?
We handle all documentation and there are no surprise fees for orders under $800. For larger orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal – all the major payment options to make checkout smooth as glassy waves.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption to keep your payment details safer than a surfboard in a padded board bag.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Not completely stoked? We offer 15-day returns from delivery date. Just keep tags on and packaging intact. For defective items, we’ll email you a prepaid return label faster than you can say “wipeout!”
How do I start a return?

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Product Care
How should I care for my new wetsuit?
Rinse with fresh water after each use, hang dry inside out (away from direct sunlight), and avoid harsh folding that can cause creasing. Treat it right and it’ll keep you warm for seasons to come!
What’s the best way to store my board?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Use a board bag for extra protection, and avoid leaving it in extreme temperatures (like a hot car) for extended periods.
