At Ocean Motion Shop, we’re stoked to get your gear to you as fast as the next set of waves! Here’s how we roll:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently don’t ship to some parts of Asia and remote locations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, drop us a line before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be as stoked about your gear as you are about your next session. If something’s not right, we’ve got your back!

Our Return Policy

You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging required (especially important for boards and wetsuits)
  • Proof of purchase must accompany return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items can only be returned if the original hygiene liner is intact and unused:

  • Junior Wetsuits
  • Mens Wetsuits
  • Lycras

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package your item(s) using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your return to:

  5. Wait for Processing: We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective (total bummer!):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
  • Please don’t attempt to use damaged equipment as this may void your return eligibility
